Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your BISSELL machine in its original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized shipping carrier location; ensure all original accessories and manuals are included inside the box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
